Sorry for the lateness of my blog, have had allot of work on. None the less.....

I have made some small mood boards for each month that will eventually be my basics for my 3D images.

October 31 - Haloween
I chose Halloween mainly because of childhood memories, having a younger brother meant it was quite exciting time to get go out scaring people, for sweets.

Design point of view: As American as Halloween is everyone knows when they see bats, jaco-lanterns and scary things you will think of Halloween. I feel I can make a good 3D Studio max image as Halloween is very colourful with a cartoon style. (Leaving allot of room for over exaggeration on objects and scenery.) For my main image I will choose things me and my brother would do on Halloween.

Christmas December 25th
Christmas has always been a top favourite time of year, as is it to most people. But coming from a split family meant more to me to see both sides of family and just enjoy spending some quality time together.

Design point of view: Christmas is quite simple to depict in an image, winter scenes, presents, Father Christmas. (Giving wide varieties of colours and backdrops to work with.) I want to capture more a house at Christmas time as that is why I chose Christmas as a favourite month.

Novermber 5th - Fireworks Night

Who doesn’t love fireworks night? , watching big explosions and things that go bang. Mostly every year I have had fireworks in the back garden or been to an event, so is a regularly yearly event for me and one I look forward too.

Design point of view: Fireworks night, gives me a change to experiment with using different tools that i have discovered in 3DSMax, such as the fractal tool used for making explosions. I can use a wide range of effects and colours to catch my users attention.
